For Twilight Coffee & Bunkhouse, our design process focused on creating a brand that embodied the tranquillity of the Carnlough Harbour. Drawing inspiration from the coastal setting for the brand colours and icon elements to create a clear, minimal and simple brand. While some logo options in our development integrated more obvious icons for both the coffee and bunkhouse aspects of the business – the focus was on creating a calming and welcoming feel to the brand rather than promoting just products of coffee and hostel stays.
To ensure versatility, we developed branding elements that could be seamlessly applied across various platforms. The wave motifs became a key texture for backgrounds, while the house icon was used in contexts related to accommodation, maintaining consistency and recognition.
The website we designed prioritises user-friendliness, particularly on mobile devices, by incorporating quick-link buttons for easy access to ‘call,’ ‘find us,’ and ‘book.’ Additionally, the site features a straightforward online form for stay requests, making it easy for customers to interact with Twilight Coffee & Bunkhouse.
