With the property newly renovated and aimed at a higher-end market, it was important that the brand and website conveyed the same sense of quality and attention to detail that guests experience when visiting in person.
The existing website was outdated, difficult to use on mobile devices and didn’t capture the boutique feel of the accommodation. Our goal was to create a cleaner, more elegant digital presence that made it easy for visitors to explore the rooms and book their stay.
We designed a modern, responsive website that works seamlessly across desktop, tablet and mobile devices. Clear navigation and prominent calls to action make it straightforward for visitors to move from browsing the property to making a booking.
The visual style of the site was carefully refined to reflect the surrounding Cotswolds landscape. A softer palette inspired by local stone tones was introduced, with subtle gold accents adding warmth and a sense of luxury. By reducing the use of stark white backgrounds, the design creates a more considered and premium feel throughout the site.
Professional photography and video were incorporated across the website to properly showcase the rooms, tearoom and surrounding setting, helping potential guests get a real sense of the experience before they arrive.
Alongside the website, we also designed a printed brochure that follows the same branding and visual approach. The brochure highlights the accommodation, the tearoom and nearby attractions, providing a polished piece of marketing that the owners can share with visitors and partners.
Together, the website and print materials present Bantam Tea Rooms as the boutique and distinctive destination it has become.
