There can be lots of factors that can cause email deliverability issues of contact form submissions – but you can always check the site’s database store of submissions in the back end of your WordPress site.
Checking the contact form database
Once logged in to the backend of your site, go to the ‘Elementor’ tab, and then to ‘Submissions’. From there you can view all the submissions of your forms, as well as the contact details provided.
