To accurately set up shipping and more effective target customers, we created three websites for Surefire Wood, each tailored to its geographical market. This enabled us to set up a smart shipping system that offers free delivery for every pallet order and certain small packages, customized for each location.
To promote repeat customers for Surefire, we built the sites with members sections where customers can create accounts, making checkout a breeze and letting them track their purchase history. We also added a loyalty points system to reward their regulars and a special wholesale section for those with access.
To make the most from paid ads, we optimised the site for Google Shopping, creating specific products that would be most appealing in the Google Shopping market.
This combined effort has seen an increase in sales year on year – the site targeting the Irish market has had the following sales % increases:
- 2021 was up 60% compared to 2020
- 2022 was up 112% compared to 2021
- 2023 was up 5% compared to 2022
