Surefire Wood are a Fermanagh based supplier of premium kiln dried firewood to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and Great Britain. Within the new site created for them, we added a members functionality (so that members can have an account to enable them to checkout faster & see purchase history). On top of this we introduced a loyalty points system for members, as well as a restricted access wholesale section to those who had been granted access permission.
To best capture each geographical market, we create 3 separate sites so that the rates can be displayed with the most relevant pricing and delivery charges for that region, as well as being specifically targeted to a particular region.
Integrated into each site is a complex shipping rates system that permits free delivery for every pallet order, as well as for certain small packages – while being restricted to each applicable geographical location.
Each website encourages customers to be part of the regular mailing list, where we have created bespoke campaigns to promote new products and special offers to regular Surefire Wood customers.
