GES Group are an multi-award winning Electrical and Mechanical engineering company in Belfast. After having first designed their first site many years ago, in 2019 we decided it was time a for a re-fresh. This was not only to update the design to match their professional offering better – but to make sure their site was responsive to all devices, and provide a better service to the end customer navigating the site.
While retaining the GES Group Light blue, we introduced a deeper blue to give the site a classy and high-end feel.
It was also important we made it easy for information to be updated by the client themselves – and so we built various custom post types to enable easy editing. These were created for the products, news, and case studies sections.
We made sure the site performs just as effectively on mobile and tablet as it does desktop, utilising a search bar to enable easy navigation around the large site.
