Blackrock Beach House is a premium self-catering property in a stunning location in Portrush. The accommodation is extra-special in every way, with attention paid to each detail and amenity. The new designs for this property needed to reflect the quality of the accommodation and showcase its luxury facilities as best as possible.
Logo Design
The logo design started with looking at the unique aspects of the property – using the stone walls as inspiration for the logo pattern. Using the colours of the property too – the vardo blue (a real teal) as an accent colour in a soft blues and greys colour palette. In an effort to create something truly unique, we also customised the sleek and modern font used in the logo.
Website Design
The website was designed to give the focus to the stunning images of the property, with slick scrolling effects and hover transitions to enhance the feel of luxury. We paired the classical font ‘Playfair Display’ with a simple sans-serif font to give an elegant and sophisticated look to the site. The site included a blog on the local area activities to boost SEO based on those attractions as well as a focus on the local golfing tourism. We integrated the booking system to work seamlessly with the site, and to provide customers with an easy end-to-end purchase process.
Brochure Design
The brochure was developed to complement Blackrock’s new website, providing a luxurious guide of the accommodation for those that would benefit from browsing via a print design. We were able to be creative with the page layouts, reflecting the diverse and unique nature of the property.
